The WEG Combination Soft Starters the GPH Series is a general purpose AC motor Soft Starter industrial package. With it's NEMA 4/12 enclosure and GPH starters built for ruggedness and reliability it provides a complete and effective AC motor starting and protection solution.  The WEG Combination Soft Starters are designed for simple and fast installation and start-up, requiring only input power and output motor connections.

  • 5 - 150HP at 230V and 10 - 300HP at 460V
  • NEMA 4/12 wall mount enclosure suitable for dusty, wet or outdoor applications
  • Circuit breaker with door mounted operator provides built-in short circuit protection and input power disconnect
  • Automatic bypass contactor
  • Fused Control Power Transformer (CPT)
  • Start and Stop Pushbuttons and Run and Fault Pilot Lights on the front cover
  • Terminals for 2 or 3 wire remote Start/Stop
  • Keypad with protective cover mounted on enclosure door
  • All parameter changes are through the cover-mounted keypad.
  • Dust and water stay out of the enclosure.
  • Monitoring of current, voltage, kVA and kW can be done from the outside.
  • AC3 rated bypass contactor and motor overload relay is standard on 5 - 30HP / 230V and 10 - 75HP / 460V

With the expansion to the CFW-10 Variable Frequency Drive Product Line, three new HP rating (1,2 and 3 HP) and frame sizes (Sizes 2 and 3)  will complement the existing ratings. The benefits of the CFW-10 is its compact size, easily mounted package, with a simplified keypad and bright LED readout, complete diagnostics and fully programmable I/O. The key benefits to the WEG CFW-10 is that it control three-phase AC motors with a single-phase AC input. Increase flexibility and decreased costs are achieved by eliminating the need for a step-up transformer to operate three phase 230V AC motors when only single-phase 115V or 230V are available.
