The WEG TPH Series of Crusher Duty Soft Starters
conquer the most tough AC motor starting applications. The NEMA 4/12
enclosures makes it a candidate for harsh and wash down applications and it
surpass the highest starting torque requirements. The WEG Crusher Duty Soft
Starts includes an AC3 full HP rated bypass contactor and motor overload
relay. Emergency direct-on-line starting is available at a flip of a switch
while still providing full motor protection. With it ruggedness and
reliability the WEG TPH Series provides a cost effective AC motor starting
and protection solution.
Features
- Rated 500% for 60 seconds for
Crusher-Duty Applications.
- NEMA 4/12 WEG Blue enclosure. Suitable
for dusty, wet or outdoor applications.

- Protective barriers over 460V and 120V
terminals.
- Circuit breaker with door mounted
operator provides built-in short circuit protection and power
disconnect.
- Full HP rated bypass contactor with
thermal overload relay and emergency start switch inside the enclosure (Softstart
- Off - Across the Line). Can be used for across the line start in event
of SSW failure.
- Full SSW protection during both start
and bypass provides full protection from over/under current, supply and
motor phase fault, phase unbalance, overtemp and over current.
- Keypad and full sized operator controls
on cover with steel frame NEMA 4 window and cover over keypad. All
parameter changes are through the cover-mounted key pad. Dust and water
stay out of the enclosure. Monitoring of current, voltage, kVa and kW
can be done from the outside.
- Terminations for remote start-stop
furnished - no need to trace control circuit for additional start-stops.
- 250VA 120V service receptacle - Power up
meters, lights and small tools without additional power lines.
- Modular multiple subpanel design.

The CFW-09 Variable Frequency Drive offers the most

Variable Frequency Drives
With the expansion to the CFW-10 Variable Frequency Drive
Product Line, three new HP rating (1,2 and 3 HP) and frame sizes (Sizes
2 and 3) will complement the existing ratings. The benefits of the
CFW-10 is its compact size, easily mounted package, with a simplified
keypad and bright LED readout, complete diagnostics and fully
programmable I/O. The key benefits to the WEG CFW-10 is that it control
three-phase AC motors with a single-phase AC input. Increase flexibility
and decreased costs are achieved by eliminating the need for a step-up
transformer to operate three phase 230V AC motors when only single-phase
115V or 230V are available. With the new products lines, a single-phase
120 VAC input voltage will produce three phase 230V to drive motors up
to 1 HP and single-phase 230VAC input voltage will control motors up to
3HP.The CFW-10 is a perfect solution for many industrial and commercial
